A few hours ago, Ghanain legendary gospel singer Yaw Sarpong has been involved in a ghastly accident and currently hospitalized.
According to some credible sources, the accident occurred in Dwaso Junction, on the Kumasi road earlier today.
These sources mention that the accident happened as a result of an overspeeding truck trying to overtake another vehicle in a different lane. This truck then took over their lane and in order to avoid a collision from the back, the gospel star’s car tries to break abruptly and got hit by another car.
It continued that the Gospel musician’s vehicle landed in a ditch after it was hit by this other vehicle.
We have gathered that occupants of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and they are receiving treatment at the Dwaso hospital.
Yaw Sarpong was in the vehicle with his backing vocalist, Maame Tiwaa, some backing vocalists, Zionfelix, and two other people who have sustained minor injuries and are currently been treated at the hospital.
