Ghanaian gospel singer and worshipper Ps Sammie Obeng-Poku is gearing up towards the release of his maiden gospel album ‘Intimate (Song From My Secret Place)’.
The Yahweh singer, known for his inspirational worship songs is sharing these intimate songs right from the secret place of God’s dwelling with the rest of the world in this new project to be released in a virtual concert come July 19, 2020.
According to Sammie Obeng-Poku, the 14-track album is a total praise and worship experience as all the songs were birthed from a transformational point ignited by years of a passionate chase after God.
These are songs that have been written through moments of intimacy with the Lord in my music journey. For over a decade, the Lord has blessed me with very powerful experiences that have birthed a strong desire in me to pursue him the more. Life’s experiences also drove me to seek him and often times , He answered me in a song. My prayer is that you’re life gets transformed and miracles signs and wonders follow you as you listen to this album.
‘Intimate (Song From My Secret Place)’ was recorded live from Sammie Obeng-Poku’s annual worship event Sound of Heaven with a great atmosphere of worship.
Gospel artists featured on the album include Kofi Owusu Peprah, Efe Grace, gospel rap artist Isenku, and Eunice Coffie. These are people Sammie described as friends he has worked with over years and he believes they carry the transformational anointing.
The album release virtual concert will come off on 19th July 2020 and will be streaming Live on Sammie Oben-Poku’s official YouTube and Facebook pages. Guest ministers for the virtual concert will be MOG, Efe Grace, and Kofi Owusu Peprah.
