For having been out of the major gospel music scene for close to 4 years, Cwesi Oteng who is known to be a very versatile gospel musician has finally recorded a new album titled ‘Anthem’.
The album was recorded on September 15th, 2017 at the First Love Centre – East Legon and according to Cwesi Oteng, it was not intended to be an event where a lot of people will be in attendance but just a private recording session in the form of normal church service, and it happened exactly so.
The live taping that can be described as very successful and worshipful, has really left a print in the minds of many who attended and a prove of Cwesi Oteng’s versatility as far as gospel music is concerned.
According to Cwesi Oteng, he and the whole Flo’Riva team have been working at the background for this long so as to produce music people can really relate to intimately and serve as a ground for an encounter with God.
“I have never done a project where I felt so out of control. Everyone on the team knew that a higher hand was controlling and directing everything. The songs we recorded will extend far beyond the beautiful shores of Ghana. I call it Africa’s definition of global music. I see many nations and tribes singing these songs in large gatherings – Cwesi Oteng added.
Cwesi Oteng therefore asked his fans to join him spread the news about his new project on social media.
