Renowned Ghanaian gospel artist Obaapa Christy has today the 4th of August 2022, officially launched her new restaurant business venture by the name Obaapa Essen, having the first branch at Mashama’s House on the Kaneshie – Odokor stretch
The Glory hitmaker later disclosed that it has always been her dream to set up such a business because of her deep love for good food and cooking and by the Grace of God it has come true.
She also spoke on the importance of eating a wholesome meal with a touch of home, and according to her, the restaurant will deal in both local and continental dishes serving all major dishes from Ghana and around the world.
‘Essen’ according to Obaapa is a German word that simply means food, hence Obaapa Essen means Obaapa Food.
“I want to especially thank my team because it’s a big team effort to have come this far and without them, it will be an almost impossible journey. I want to especially thank my husband for his great support since the inception of this idea. And to all who came to make this memory with me, God Bles’s you” – Obaapa Christy added.
Moreover, the whole Obaapa Christy ministry is gearing up for big 20 years in ministry celebrations with lots of activities coming up to mark the celebrations.
