Marvin Sapp has released his 12th studio album “Chosen Vessel” – Available in stores now!

Award-winning Gospel Icon and songwriter Bishop Marvin Sapp has released his new body of work, his 12th studio album titled “Chosen Vessel”, a name inspired by a 100-year old church he recently took over.

The new project features his latest inspirational, thanksgiving lead single “Thank You For It All and the brand new song UndefeatedChosen Vessel marks the twelfth album from the celebrated Gospel singer, songwriter, and producer.

Marvin Sapp recorded his latest album live earlier this year at his new church, The Chosen Vessel Cathedral located in Fort Worth, TX. On the soaring “Undefeated,” the 11-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated, 24-time Stellar Award-winner proclaims God as the undefeated champion and savior of the world, covering us wherever we are; lifting us in hope and strength.

Marvin Sapp shares the inspiration for the album as follows;

“The name of my church is Chosen Vessel. So, I began to think about what that actually means,” Sapp tells ABC Audio. “And for me, it meant that even in the midst of all of my mishaps and all of my challenges and even though I’m extremely flawed, God still chose me.”

According to Marvin Sapp, the same album is to serve as a great reminder for anyone who is going through a tough time trying to accept himself/herself with the feeling of unworthiness.

“The Chosen Vessel needed to remind people that even though you may think that you’re disqualified because you may not dot every I and cross every T, you still need to remember that you have been chosen at such time as this.”
