Kenyan gospel singer, worship leader, songwriter, and hostess of the annual “Praise Atmosphere” event Evelyn Wanjiru has released her 5th gospel album titled ‘Mwanga’ available for streaming now on all digital platforms.
Evelyn has previously released Waweza, MunguMkuu, Matendo, and Celebrate, albums that were well received by the gospel community across Africa and other parts of the world
The latest album “Mwanga” a Swahili word for Light is really a package of goodness and hope that is speaking for itself especially at a time when the world needs hope in the midst of a pandemic that has stretched out for too long

The Mwanga Album was produced live with audience present by her own record Label Bwenieveon on August 30th, 2021 at The C.U.E.AL.R.C Auditorium. It consists of 12 audio-visual songs with strong Kenyan culture, also other blended genres of music from across our African region and Western sound
blended into reach the world as a whole.
Mwang at the title song has a South African feel with a sweet melody all blended with Evelyn’s powerful voice. Every song on the album will definitely raise your eyebrows, a live rendition of her Everlasting song takes you through a Kenyan way of singing.
