International Award-winning gospel artiste and renown worshipper Phil Thompson is a very happy man after a big YES was given as a response to his marriage proposal by his girlfriend Takiyah Romain.
Phil took a step of faith to do the honorable thing of asking the best friend’s hand in marriage and lo and behold, the boundary line has fallen on a pleasant place for him.

“This week i asked my best friend @marvel_tee to marry me. I’m so lucky/blessed to have her in my life… and even luckier that i get to spend the rest of my life with her…when i had given up on love Takiya Romain rescued me”
The songwriter went viral and became popular for hit single ‘My Worship’ and chart-topping album ‘My Worship’ after going solo from a gospel group called Ashmont Hill.
