Contemporary Christian/Country group We The Kingdom has released a new rendition of their hit debut single “Holy Water.” The “Holy Water” Church Sessions rendition is a live performance and features award-winning gospel singer Tasha Cobbs Leonard and Maverick City Music.
The song clads itself with the thunderous vocals that proceeded from members of the groups and others who joined in for this recording. It also can boast of a beautiful acoustic rhythm.
Barely a week of its release, the new rendition of ‘Holy Water’ earned the number 1 spot on the Christian Airplay chart and doing so well on other platforms such as on YouTube, earning close to 700K of viewership.
Also, the song debuted at no. 29 on Spotify’s US Viral 50 chart, and this incredible start in one way or the other could be credit in parts to the feature of Tasha Cobbs and her contributions to the new Church Sessions rendition.
