ABOUT KWEKU DEGAT
Kweku DeGat first and foremost is a God-fearing Christian who has been graced with the gift of service through music. He is from the Eastern Region of Ghana, Somanya to be specific. His involvement in music started with Acapella music when he was in the Revelations Acapella Ministry at Tema community 4.
Music for him evolved more at the University of Ghana, legon where he was with the Assemblies of God Melodious Missionaries Choir and that experience gave him the urge to stand on his own since he discovered that God had gifted him with songs and it had its own uniqueness. Well, the results of years of writing is what we are seeing today. “I write exactly what the Spirit of the Lord leads me to write”.
